TOMATO AND DRIED PLUM CHICKEN
(This tastes MUCH better than the ingredients would indicate)

1.5 kg skinless chicken pieces
1 small bag dried plums (prunes)
1 small bottle ketchup
2 large sliced onions
Potato starch, salt and peppper
Coat chicken with a mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Arrange in layers in a casserole dish : sone of the onion, followed by some chicken and some plums. Pour over a little ketchup.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350 F for 1.5 hours or until a rich brown sauce has formed and the chicken is tender.
