With 50 percent of the votes counted, acting Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's Kadima Party won 29 of 120 seats in parliament, Israeli media reported. The center-left Labor Party came in as a strong second, winning 21 seats. The hawkish Likud won 12 seats.
