What is Jerusalem Post Israel Alert?
Alerts are discreet messages sent to your desktop whenever there is a major news event in Israel and the Middle East. They appear in a small window on your screen, even if you are not surfing the Web.
How often do the alerts appear?
Usually about twice per day, depending on what types of alerts you choose to receive and the amount of breaking news on a given day.
Can I control the frequency of Israel Alert?
Yes! You have the option to choose which categories of news you want to receive, and thus the frequency of alerts. And you can change your preferences at any time by going to "My Profile" on the Israel Alert menu.
How do I install Jerusalem Post Israel Alerts?
Download (http://www.jpostalert.com/jpostsetup.exe) the client setup, and then double click the icon that appears on your desktop. Follow the prompts by clicking "next."

Ive installed the program, now what?
Once you have downloaded the program and installed it, a box will appear in the lower right corner of your screen. You need to sign up for the service by clicking on the "register now" button. Follow the subscription prompts to become a subscriber. Once you are signed up and have chosen a username and password, you can log in and begin receiving alerts.
System Requirements:
You need a PC that is running Windows 98 or higher. The Jerusalem Post Israel Alert service is not yet available for Macs or Linux systems.
