The Heart of Texas Comes to Israel

Dallas superstar talk-radio host Mark Davis (WBAP 820) is broadcasting from Israel August 11-15 as a guest of America's Voices in Israel and the Jerusalem Post.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, Davis' broadcast background includes news reporting on the east coast, and hosting talk shows in Jacksonville, Memphis, Tampa and Washington, DC.

He was awarded various Associated Press reporting and newscasting awards, and three times was awarded the "Achievement in Radio" award for talk show excellence in Washington.

Mark was tapped by the ABC Radio Network to host a national call-in talk show which airs on over 125 stations throughout America and beyond. It can be heard Sundays on WBAP News/Talk 820 from Noon 'til 3:00 p.m. And, each Wednesday and Sunday Mark has a featured column in the Opinions/Editorial section of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Davis, a Texas native, enjoys travel, computers and sports, plus is constantly on the road for speaking engagements, charity work, school appearances and a variety of community involvement.
