| Location: | Right next to The Western Wall (the Kotel) Plaza. Just go to the northwest corner of the Plaza by the telephones and walk into the arched tunnel. Between the Arches is the first business on your left ( right after the check point). |

| Description of Site: | This recently excavated, breathtaking Crusader
cavern has been converted to a truly unique restaurant.
The floor dates back to at least 2000 years - to the period of the
Second Temple. The high arched ceilings date back to the Mameluk
period in the 14th century. Restaurateur Tony Sachs engaged a
renowned interior designer in Jerusalem to complement and enhance this
ancient site. The stunning decor includes transparent table tops and
chairs which allow the ambiance of the hall to radiate. There are
many special touches and "antiquities" on display to evoke those bygone days.

| Dining: | The menu is Dairy, Kosher Lemehadrin. (Lemehadrin means that everything is prepared to the very highest rabbinical standards) All fruits and vegetables are delivered fresh every day. The menu features a tempting array of delicious salads, pastas, fish dishes, omelets, pizzas, homemade soups, special toasted sandwiches, extraordinary desserts, ice creams, beverages and selected wines and beers from Israel. |

The restaurant has seating for up to 90
guests upstairs and down, a coffee bar, sandwich board and full menu .
It is also available for parties and private events. Catering for all
occasions is available at the restaurant or at the Kotel ( the Western
