Description	Name: Rabbi Moishe Moskovitz Title: Chief Rabbi of Kharkov , Ukraine A large Jewish community of approx. 50,000 in Ukraine with a day school, kindergarten, large synagogue, student and adult education programs, summer overnight camps, family shabbatons, numerous activities, humanitarian help and festival programs.
Goals For The Future	To expand our outreach work - to give every Jew in Kharkov more of an awareness of his Jewish identity - giving a solid basis and preparation for those who plan to go on Aliya

Programs & Events	To begin restoration of the synagogue (which is one of the largest in Europe ) to itıs former glory. Festival programs - including Chanukah concert, Purim Carnival, distribution of 12 tons of matza, Summer overnight camp for 200 boys and 200 girls and more.
